WM Universal Security, Inc. (WMUS) was set into motion as one of the founders was summoned to the United States, by a European conglomerate group for fashion designers, to consult and manage security for their high-end couture boutiques. Sought, for his level of displine obtained while attending Italian military training academies, followed by becoming a fourth generation member of the “Arma dei Carabinieri”, where he achieved a highly decorated career in the Special Armed Forces. This was precisely the expertise and professionalism “the group” required to implement security procedures specific to their needs.
Tasked with staffing security positions for their many opulent boutiques proved challenging when considering the applicants, lacked the range of knowledge, discipline and polish that is imperative when protecting multi-millions in luxury merchandise and their patrons. Chosen were a select few candidates with potential mandating intense re-training, groomed to attain the acumen of a military mind, forming an elite team of premium officers. This process was later modeled to become the standard for all WMUS officers, known as a “Premium Officer’s Development, (POD)”.
